Kendriya Vidyalaya Gangtok, Sikkim was established in the year 1980 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Aminoo, Kulgam is located in Kulgam. It’s a gift to the people of Kulgam. The school is located approximately 500 m from the Kulgam Market near power grid station Kulgam. Our school was started in the year 2011 from Class I - V.

The ITBP School was actually started by the ITBP authorities for providing education for the children of the soldiers serving in the Campus. The school was taken over from them by KVS and inducted on 26 September 1988 .

Kendriya Vidyalaya, CECRI Campus, Karaikudi made her humble beginning on 17th August, 1976, as a branch Vidyalaya of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Madurai with a population of 94 students. The Vidyalaya attained the independent status and started the classes upto VI with strength of 163 students.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kalpetta came into existence fulfilling the long felt needs of Central government and State government employees working in Wayanad District, Kerala on 7th July 1997. Wayanad district has large concentration of tribal communities. The school was opened in 1997.

The centrally sponsored "National Scheme of Incentive to Girls for Secondary Education (NSIGSE)" was launched in May 2008, to give incentive to students enrolled in class IX. The scheme is now boarded on National Scholarship Portal (NSP).
