Kendriya Vidyalaya IOC barauni was established in 1977 in Barauni Refinery Township having 15 Acers of land. This is a project Vidyalaya under Indian Oil Corporation of India. Executive Director of IOCl barauni Refinery is the ex officio Chairman of the Vidyalaya. This is situated in the Begusarai district and Begusarai Constituency of Bihar , which is an industrial town situated on the bank of river Ganges . Our National poet Sh Ramdhari Singh Dinkar was born at this place.
