Kendriya Vidyalaya at the Air Force Station, Salua is one of the Vidyalayas of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan set up by the MInistry of Education. It is a defence sector institution which was established in 1986, primarily to cater the educational needs of the children of the defence personnel's as well as the floating population of the area.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Railway Gandhidham was started in the year 1988. It serves the educational needs of the employees of BSF, CISF, Army, KPT and Railways. The school is housed in an L shaped beautiful building on a sprawling fourteen acre land provided by the Railways.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Gangrani, Kushinagar was established in the year 2014 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya No 2 C.P.E. Itarsi, Madhya Pradesh was established in the year 1985 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Banswara, Jaipur was established in the year 1988 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

The Vidyalaya is located in the AIR FORCE Area at Majumdar lines in the rear of Military Hospital and at a distance of 3 km from Ambala Cantt Railway station and General Bus stand. The Vidyalaya has been started in the month of NOV 1964 with a single section which has been expanded to 5 section school in the month of April 2003 with facility of Science, Commerce and Humanities streams i class XI and XII.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Lucknow Cantt was established in the year 1988 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.
