Kendriya Vidyalaya, IITMumbai established on 15June1964 to Providing quality education with unity and diversity in co-educational school, it is associated with the CBSE. Kendriya Vidyalaya, Indian Institute of Technology (KV IIT), Mumbai has carved with excellent results in the board examinations leading since 1964.

It is housed in an attractive building in its own campus at Edat which is 4Km away from Payyanur the cultural centre of North Malabar. Moreover the Vidyalaya offers its students a peaceful congenial environment for learning, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
