Kendriya Vidyalaya BHU, Varanasi was established in a vision of peaceful, picturesque and educational environment in 1965, in order to fulfill the educational needs of the children of the University and other Central employees.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, AFS Memaura Lucknow is a co-educational defence sector institution under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. It is located in Memaura Air force station of Lucknow. Established in year 1980, affiliated to CBSE Board, the school initially started with humble beginnings and a modest infrastructure.
