Kendriya Vidyalaya No.-3, Agra Cantt. came into existence in September, 1986 and was formally inaugurated by Sh. D.P. Kharab, Assistant Commissioner KVS Jaipur Region and Brig R. P. Limaya.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Adra, Purulia was established in the year 1962 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Uttarlai, Barmer was established in the year 1982 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Ongole, Hyderabad was established in the year 1986 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, INS Hamla, Malad (West), was established in August 1972 as a Defence School. The Vidyalaya is situated at a distance of 9 kms. from Malad Station.

Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Udhampur, which is crowned with the title of the SMART SCHOOL in the state, is deemed to be one of the first generation institutions of its kind in our country under KVS. It was established in 1965 under the able guidance of the founder Principal Shri Karam Singh.

Situated on N.H. 68, Jaisalmer road near village Jalipa, the Vidyalaya lies 8 km west of Barmer. Sprawling in an area of about 15 acres. Vidyalaya building has developed on modern lines of architecture suggesting the multi dimensional approach of the Vidyalaya. Well-lighted, ventilated and spacious classroom provide a perfect learning ambience for the children.
