Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan,a pace setting institution in the field of education established a Kendriya Vidyalaya at Hathimatha, near Kokrajhar town in the year 1984 with a view to catering to the educational needs of various ethnic groups in this remote location.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Bhel Jagdishpur a civil sector school was established in August, 1984. The Vidyalaya is striving hard to achieve excellence under the able leadership of the Principal and a team of highly experienced, qualified and educated teachers.

Situated in a sprawling green environs of Uppal - Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2 Uppal is a two section school with a beautiful ambience. Kendriya Vidyalaya Bacheli, Dantewada, Raipur was established in the year 1972 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Burdwan was established in the year 1994 by the sincere efforts of the M.P Shri Sudhir Roy at the C.C.C Complex Alamganj, temporarily. The Vidyalaya has been shifted to its own building at Kamal Sayer (Goda) from July 2004.
