Kendriya Vidyalaya, Baramulla, is an educational institution set up in the year 1985. The Vidyalaya is located in the beautiful town baramulla which stands on the Jhelum River, at its highest point. The vidyalaya is running in an effective way with single section from class I to XII.

Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2 was established on 22/07/1986. Initially it was a primary school with class I to V, every class had two sections. Mr. L. R. Patil was the first Principal RADM. R. V. Singh (AVSM) was the first Chairman of this Vidyalaya. The Vidyalaya grew over the years. The first batch of X class passed out from the school in year 1992.

The vidyalaya was established in 1996 in 4.083 Hectors of land at Port Bair. The vidyalaya is under the civil sector and has an enrollment of 1535 as on date comprising 785 boys and 750 girls. It is a three section school from I to X and has four sections XI and XII classes offering Science, Commerce and Humanities streams.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Tatanagar a civil sector Vidyalaya, Sponsored by South Eastern Railway. It established in 1987. It is located near the Tatanagar Railway station. The Vidyalaya comes under the jurisdiction of KVS, Regional office, Ranchi.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Bijapur was established on 8th August 2017 as a Civil Sector School. The school functions with one section from class I to VI with a strength of 236 students and 11 staff. The Vidyalaya is situated five Kms away from the city of Bijapur, in the Lap of Nature surrounded by mountains and trees with a natural serene atmosphere.

Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh was established in the year 1974 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Bairagarh was set up in the Army Barracks of 3 EME Centre in the year 1975 to cater to the educational needs of the transferable Central Government employees including Defence & Para-Military personnel's.
