The Kendriya Vidyalaya at the Air Force Station, Salua is one of the Vidyalayas of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan set up by the MInistry of Education. It is a defence sector institution which was established in 1986, primarily to cater the educational needs of the children of the defence personnel's as well as the floating population of the area.
