Kendriya Vidyalaya, NO.2 Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh was established in the year 1994 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, now known as "Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University", has been accredited "deemed University" status by UGC in the year 1987. It was established in 1962 in New Delhi, and is a Central Sanskrit University. Users can find information about the colleges, admission process, courses and administration etc.

Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2 was established on 22/07/1986. Initially it was a primary school with class I to V, every class had two sections. Mr. L. R. Patil was the first Principal RADM. R. V. Singh (AVSM) was the first Chairman of this Vidyalaya. The Vidyalaya grew over the years. The first batch of X class passed out from the school in year 1992.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, a pace setting institution in the field of education established a Kendriya Vidyalaya at Hathimatha, near Kokrajhar town in the year 1984 with a view to catering to the educational needs of various ethnic groups in this remote location.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Vidyalaya, Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu was established in the year 2004 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya , AFS Amla was switched over to the Central Schools Scheme with effect Depot Higher Secondary school.1st May 1964 from Narendra Higher Secondary School, Amla which was hither to known as Amla. The School started in 1953 as Narendra Higher Secondary School, Amla and got first recognition in the year 1956. It catered to students upto Class XI Science and Humanities Stream. It got permanent recognition in 1965.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Bhandup is run by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan an autonomous body formed under Ministry of Education and is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education and have a common syllabus and curriculum of studies.
