The Guidelines entails step-by-step conversion of the existing soft copy of the content into an e-Book, these guidelines is an effort to facilitate all Ministries/Departments in preparation of an e-Book on their achievements with visual artefacts, graphical images, multimedia contents and host it at an appropriate location.

The programme aims to create effective awareness in various levels (of society) to reduce the adverse impact on environment and health arising out of the polluting technologies used in recycling e-waste in the unorganized sector.
