The Panchayats could buy these carts and lease to the vulnerable people of a village to make a living for themselves or it could use the electric cart as an ambulance. Thus, several applications and use cases exist in the rural areas, which could be adequately facilitated by Panchayats, NGOs, SHGs etc.
